With over three decades of experience across Fortune 100 corporations, entrepreneurial ventures, federal contracting, and retail leadership, Babak Sepehri offers a unique blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and relational depth to every project. His career began as General Manager of Logicon Systems, where he managed daily operations and established a strong foundation in hands-on leadership. Following this, Babak spent nine years at Advanced Computer Concepts (ACC) as a Senior Account Executive, acting as Executive Technology Consultant for Howard University and its hospital, while securing vital contracts with the Naval Undersea Warfare Centers in Newport, RI, and Keyport, WA. His efforts led to over $50 million in technology sales to federal, state, and local governments, as well as educational institutions.  

Driven by a vision for entrepreneurship, Babak founded IT Zone, a high-volume IT company, and served as CEO for four years. He later took on the role of HP Federal Project Champion at Hewlett-Packard’s Federal Division, where he oversaw a program comprising 28 HP infrastructure and system migration projects worth over $2 billion, and acted as a trusted liaison between project teams and senior leadership. Additionally, he managed operations and contractual relationships between HP and the United States Army, including a significant $400m ADMC-II NASA contract.  

After more than two decades in tech and federal service in the Washington D.C. area, Babak transitioned to the retail automotive industry in California, spending nine years as Internet Manager and VW Master Certified Sales Executive for Southern California’s largest independently owned dealership group. His tenure was characterized by consistent top performance and a deep connection with the public—achieving #1 sales status for 28 months.  

Today, Babak Sepehri channels his extensive experience into nonprofit leadership at OakTree Restoration Ministries, a Spirit-led organization focused on healing, empowerment, and outreach. His leadership style reflects humility, discernment, and a commitment to building from the inside out—mobilizing volunteers, bridging generations, and creating scalable structures for lasting impact.
