📅 September: Visibility & Voice  

“Unless the Lord builds the house…” – Psalm 127:1


Focus:  

- Creating the brand identity  

- Building the mobile site  

- Developing the full website  

- Launching the Instagram page  


Purpose:  

To lay the digital and visual foundation for OakTree Restoration Ministries — a clear, Spirit-led presence that invites, informs, and inspires.


Key Actions:  

- Finalize logo, colors, and messaging  

- Design mobile-first site for easy access and storytelling  

- Build full website with layered mission, vision, and outreach materials  

- Launch Instagram with early posts that reflect OakTree’s heart and calling  

- Begin soft outreach to community leaders and volunteers through digital channels

October

📅 October: Foundation & Formation

Goals:  

- Identify core team members  

- Legally establish the nonprofit  

- Establish banking relation  

- Create foundational brand presence  


Key Actions:  

- Host a vision-sharing gathering to invite potential leaders  

- Define team roles: Outreach, Prayer, Admin, Communications  

- File Articles of Incorporation (California)  

- Appoint Board of Directors  

- Draft bylaws and apply for EIN  

- Begin 501(c)(3) documentation prep  

- Create the brand identity (logo, colors, messaging)  

- Build mobile site and full website  

- Launch Instagram page for early visibility and storytelling

📅 November: Programs & Partnerships  

“They will rebuild the ancient ruins…” – Isaiah 61:4


Goals:  

- Define initial ministry programs  

- Establish strategic partnerships  


Key Actions:  

- Conduct local needs assessment  

- Launch 2–3 pilot programs (e.g., Healing Circles, Volunteer Mobilization)  

- Align with church leadership and community allies  

- Begin volunteer onboarding and training  

- Create program descriptions and spiritual foundations  

- Use website and Instagram to share pilot program stories and invite engagement
