OakTree Restoration Ministries is committed to expanding wherever restoration is needed and leaders are willing to serve. Our model is designed to be scalable, adaptable, and Spirit-led—empowering communities to build from within while remaining connected to a shared vision. We are not limited by geography; instead, we welcome growth through trusted leaders who carry the heart of OakTree and are ready to cultivate healing, mentorship, and outreach in their local context.

Each new branch begins with two foundational director roles: one focused on community restoration and outreach, and the other on spiritual formation and healing. These directors are equipped to mentor youth, mobilize volunteers, and develop outreach strategies tailored to their region’s unique needs. As OakTree grows, we remain rooted in unity, multiplying impact through local leadership, shared resources, and a commitment to generational transformation.
