OakTree is in founding season, and preparing to flourish. Full launch is coming soon
OakTree Restoration Ministries is entering a sacred season of growth—and we’re inviting a select group of wise, Spirit-led individuals to help lay the foundation. As a founding board member, your role is not about pressure—it’s about presence, partnership, and legacy.
We’re building something that will outlast us. And we believe that with your heart, your vision, and your relationships, OakTree can become a regional hub for healing, empowerment, and generational restoration.
What We’re Asking of You
We honor your time and season of life. Here’s what we gently invite you to bring
Commitment | Purpose
Your Ministry Vision: Share an idea for a ministry branch you feel called to sponsor or help shape. It can be simple, personal, or collaborative.
A Trusted Partner: Invite someone close to you—often a spouse or longtime friend—to walk alongside you in this journey. They’ll help support and co-steward your ministry idea.
Two Young Leaders: Identify and invite two young people (ages 16–24) to be mentored and trained. They’ll help carry your ministry forward and grow into future leaders.
OakTree’s Board will consist of eight members, each stewarding a unique ministry vision. Among them, one will serve as the Spiritual Leader—a role of prayerful discernment and unity.
In the rare event of a tied vote, the Spiritual Leader will hold veto authority, not as a position of control, but as a safeguard to ensure decisions remain aligned with OakTree’s spiritual DNA. This authority is exercised with humility, prayer, and a commitment to preserving unity across the board.
